Billing questions
What are the conditions for a refund within 7 days of payment?
If you haven't used paid features within 7 days of payment, we'll refund you in full. If you've used a paid feature even once, withdrawal is limited (yearly subscriptions are refunded under the early cancellation rules). See the refund policy for details.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Anytime. The remaining monthly period is credited, and the yearly price is charged.
What payment methods can I use?
We support credit and debit cards, KakaoPay, Naver Pay and Toss Pay. In the app, you can pay through the App Store or Google Play.
Do I need to verify I'm a student?
No. Every plan is already priced for students, so no verification is needed.
